Event Details and Registration

Complete registration between Jan. 20 – 29. Please complete registration even if you are not attending. We want to ensure your accomplishments are highlighted, so we’ll ask for your photo for our program and presentation, and your details so we can ship your trophy and some goodies to you.

For Travel, Transportation, and Registration, please contact Sleep Number President’s Circle Support:

For Expenses, General President’s Circle Program questions, or other Sleep Number Concerns:

You are welcome to bring your spouse, partner, significant other, family member, or friend with you on your trip! Your guest must be 18 years of age or older to attend. You can bring another Sleep Number team member if they are your spouse, significant other, or relative (parent, sibling, child, etc.).

President’s Circle is all about celebrations, recognition, engagement, connection, and togetherness! Throughout the event, there will be outstanding opportunities to celebrate and network with the best in the business.

Daytime attire is “Resort Casual.” We recommend lightweight pants, shorts, or skirts and comfortable casual tops or dresses for most of our events.

While packing, make sure to leave some space in your suitcase for any items you may purchase throughout the trip. Check with your airline for any baggage specifics. Checked baggage may require a baggage fee to be paid at check in. We recommend packing a small carry-on bag with your travel documents, a change of clothes, any medications you may need, etc. since you may not have access to your luggage right away if you arrive at the resort before checking in at 3 p.m.

Travel

You and your guest will both need a valid passport from your country of origin.
IMMEDIATE ACTION: Apply for passports or verify that the passports you and your guest have are valid six months after your return date home from the trip. A passport card is not an acceptable form of identification.
Please keep in mind:

  • You should apply for your passport as soon as possible because processing may be delayed.
  • The name on your passport must exactly match the name on your airline ticket (including any middle name or initial).
  • Your passport must be valid at least six months past the last day of your trip. If it expires before November 2025, you must renew it.
  • If your passport book doesn’t have two to four blank visa/stamp pages, you must renew.
  • Only passport books (not passport cards) may be used for international travel by air.

You play a large part in ensuring your own safety by following these simple tips:

  • Keep up to date with important safety and security announcements by enrolling in the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP).
  • Maintain a watchful eye of your immediate surroundings and keep belongings close to you.
  • Do not venture out alone; it is always safer to travel in numbers. Be sure to ask the resort staff if an area of the city you plan to visit is considered unsafe.
  • Let someone know where you’re going and when you expect to return.
  • Try to blend in with locals and avoid looking or acting like a tourist. Walk with purpose and dress more conservatively. Be aware that wearing expensive jewelry or flashing a nice phone can make you a victim of theft.

For the most up-to-date information on what you can and can’t pack in your carry-on and checked luggage, visit https://www.tsa.gov/

No; we will arrange for you and your guest to travel from any of the 50 states.

All travel arrangements will be made for you, including round-trip flights and ground transportation to and from the resort. You will depart the airport and look for Terramar. They’ll be wearing Sleep Number T-shirts and will be holding Sleep Number signs. They will take you to the resort.

The TSA suggests that you arrive at least three hours before your flight departs to allow you enough time to go through security and get to your gate. Don’t forget to check in to your airline’s website 24 hours prior to travel and view your flight itinerary so you are aware of any last-minute flight changes.

  • You are responsible for making it on your flight. If you miss your flight, our team will work with you to make other arrangements at your personal expense.

Check with your wireless service provider about an international plan for your time in Mexico.
Download a mobile app – such as WhatsApp, FaceTime or Skype – to send messages or make phone calls using complimentary hotel Wi-Fi.

If you choose to use your cell phone, any data/roaming charges will be at your own expense. Check with your provider, as some include Mexico as an included location on your plan.

Contact your card company and/or bank to let them know you are traveling internationally to ensure that you don’t have any issues. If you don’t, your transaction may decline. You may also want to ask if you have a daily spending limit. Credit cards are recommended over Debit cards for traveling.

No, do not drink the faucet or tap water. The resort will always provide filtered and bottled water. Water and ice cubes served at all resort venues are always filtered and safe to drink.

You do not need to clock in or out of Workday while on the trip. Time will be added at the end of the week, and you do not need to add anything to Workday.

  • If you are not attending the trip, you will not receive this paid time and will need to be working. For those attending the trip, you will be paid for 32 hours, at your base rate of pay.
  • Store Sales team members: Ensure your schedule in Workday is shown as non-selling time and noted to reflect that you will be at President’s Circle. Reach out to SalesWorkforceManagement@sleepnumber.com  with any questions.
  • Field Services, Customer Service, and DAR team members: Your respective scheduling teams have been made aware of the time you will be on the trip, and you do not need to do anything.
  • Do not enter PTO for the event.
    • You can add up to 8 hours if you wish to be at 40 hours for the week, or you can work the Sunday or Monday before the trip if approved.

You have the option to extend your trip for up to an additional 3 nights for $442 per night for double occupancy (team member + guest) or $375 per night for single occupancy (team member only). This is a first-come first-serve opportunity based on resort room availability; you are not guaranteed a spot. You will be contacted before your flight is booked to confirm your extension.

  • Pre-extension April 19 – 21, 2025
  • Post-extension April 26 – 29, 2025
    • If you extend your stay, Sleep Number will still provide the airfare home and transportation to the airport. All other charges are at your own expense. The payment for your extended stay will be charged at the time you check in.
